protecting our people
A high quality of life requires that residents and businesses feel safe and secure in San Marcos. Those who have lived here awhile have seen firsthand the remarkable work of our local fire department in fighting and preventing the fires that have become an annual concern. Looking ahead, it is important that our fire department has the tools it needs to continue that great work, including the funds for superior staffing, equipment, and training. That will be a priority of Randy’s.
In addition, the city should continue its association with the San Diego Sheriff’s Department and do our part to make sure those police officers have the tools they need to keep the peace, and to prevent and solve local crime.
